By accessing and using RapidCPS ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use RapidCPS.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

RapidCPS is a free, browser-based gaming performance testing platform that provides:

• Clicks per second (CPS) testing tools in multiple variants
• Reaction time and aim training tools
• Keyboard and input device testing
• Global leaderboards and score tracking
• Educational content about gaming performance
• Community features including score sharing

RapidCPS is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Hypixel Inc., or any other game developer or publisher mentioned on the platform.

You agree to use RapidCPS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Submit fraudulent, automated, or bot-generated scores to the leaderboard
• Use any automation software, scripts, or tools to artificially inflate click counts
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload our servers
• Impersonate other users or well-known players on the leaderboard
• Submit offensive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames
• Attempt to circumvent our anti-spam measures
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Our leaderboard system is built on trust and community integrity. By submitting scores, you confirm:

Honest Scores: Your submitted score accurately reflects your manual clicking performance using a standard mouse and hand clicking. Scores achieved through automation, macros, drag clicking may be restricted on certain leaderboard categories.

Username Standards: Your username must not contain offensive language, slurs, or impersonation of real people or brands. We reserve the right to remove usernames and scores that violate these standards.

Score Removal: We reserve the right to remove any score from our leaderboard that we reasonably believe was achieved through dishonest means, automation, or in violation of these terms.

Cooldown Policy: Our platform enforces a 10-second cooldown between submissions per username and test type to prevent spam. This is a system-level protection and not a punishable offense for accidental rapid submissions.

All content on RapidCPS — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is the property of RapidCPS and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may share links to RapidCPS and embed our score results for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Hypixel is a trademark of Hypixel Inc. RapidCPS is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Health Disclaimer: Certain clicking techniques (particularly jitter clicking and extended high-speed clicking) carry a risk of repetitive strain injury (RSI), tendinitis, or other repetitive motion injuries. RapidCPS strongly advises users to take regular breaks, maintain proper ergonomics, and stop immediately if they experience pain. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of our platform.

Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for maximum accuracy, browser-based click testing is subject to minor variations due to browser processing, system resources, and event handling. Our tests provide reliable relative measurements but should not be considered laboratory-grade precision instruments.

Game Server Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that any clicking techniques you practice on RapidCPS comply with the rules of the game servers you play on. RapidCPS does not endorse or encourage violation of any game server's terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidCPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Physical injuries resulting from excessive or improper use
• Loss of game rankings or in-game bans from third-party servers
• Inaccuracies in test results due to browser or system limitations
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is zero, as RapidCPS is free).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RapidCPS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
