Tips for Better Scores

  • -Start with corners and edges - they have fewer neighbors, making initial deductions easier.
  • -When a number's mine count equals its remaining covered neighbors, all those neighbors are mines - flag them all.
  • -When a number's flagged neighbors match its value, the remaining covered neighbors are all safe - click them freely.
  • -On Expert, look for 1-2-1 and 1-2-2-1 patterns along edges - these are solvable without guessing.
  • -If you're stuck on Expert and must guess, pick cells far from known danger zones to maximize information gain.

The live timer adds pressure without stakes. You practice making confident decisions quickly - a skill that transfers to real gaming.

Track Real Progress

Best times are saved per difficulty. Watching your completion times drop is a concrete measure of improving skill.
